ORGANIZING AND DECLUTTERING SERVICE :

Home Organization service helps you to declutter, sort, and organize any space in the house or garage. The goal is to maximize your space and reduce your stress.

(Customer is responsible for buying any supply needed, boxes, containers )

PRICE IS: Price is given by estimate (customer must provide organizing supplies)

PACKING/ UNPACKING:

Services are for people who are moving out or in

MOVE OUT/IN CLEANING :

Moving out or in cleaning is deep cleaning including:

(Scrubbing all the Bathrooms, Kitchen including Refrigerator Cleaning, Stove in and out, Microwave in and out, All Cabinets in and out, Polishing Mirrors, Dusting Ceiling Fan’s, Vacuuming, Mopping, Trash out, Interior Windows and blinds, Baseboards, Cleaning of the interior Doors, Removing spider web, Sweep the Balcony or patio.

COMMERCIAL & AFTER CONSTRUCTION CLEANING:

This Cleaning is for people who just build or remodel homes. It is total deep Cleaning including Cleaning Windows in and out, taking Trash out, Scrubbing Bathrooms and Kitchen after contractors are done, Cleaning and Polishing all Floors, Vacuuming Carpets, Removing all Dust

PRICE IS: Price is given by estimate 

DEEP CLEANING SERVICE:

Deep Cleaning is the first time cleaning with me before setting up any future regular maintaining regular cleaning service. Deep cleaning is the total cleaning of your home. (Bathrooms, Kitchen including Refrigerator Cleaning, Stove in and out, Microwave in and out, Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Trash out, Windows and blinds, Baseboards,  Cleaning of the interior Doors and more

New customers who is needing future regular cleaning must go thru a deep cleaning with me first.

PRICE IS: 

Half  Day - $150 (3 hours max.)

Full  Day -  $300 (6 hours max.)

Every additional hour it is $50/hr.

REGULAR CLEANING SERVICE & MAINTAINING YOUR HOUSE CLEANING: 

Regular cleaning is maintained after the first deep cleaning service. Windows, Fridge, and stove are additional extra charged services on top of the regular service cleaning price. Your house must be picked up before coming in to do service. In case you don’t have time I can help with the hourly fee of $40 hr.  

The service price does not include dishes or laundry, stove inside, fridge inside, windows, door cleaning or carpet steam cleaning. 

Regular service is done by:  Daily - Weekly/Bi-Weekly - Monthly

Regular Cleaning:

Half  Day - $135 (3 hours max.)

Full  Day - $270 (6 hours max.)

5000 sq.ft and more must be clean in multiple days, price by estimate.

All prices are customized for each client who make the decision to continue with regular cleaning service and maintain the cleaning of the house, price is set up depending on the size of the house and needs, lifestyle, pets, kids and location. Estimation day in person or via zoom call must be set up before giving any price decision.

LIGHT CLEANING - MOM’S HELPER:

Mom’s helper service is an everyday routine for mom’s work around the house.

Strait up the House, Pick-up toys, Dishes, Take the trash out,Make the beds, Shopping

Half Day - $105 (3 hours max. and minimum of 3 hours)

Full Day - $210 (6 hours max.)

                       ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Windows Cleaning Inside/Out: $15- $50 (per window and by size)
• Deep Cleaning for your window blinds: $15-$25 (for each window by size )
• Stove Deep Cleaning in/out: $50 (each one by size)
• Fridge Deep Cleaning in and out: $50- $75 (each one by size) 
• Carpet Cleaning: $50-$100/per room (need to see the size)
• Garage Cleaning: $60 - $100 (sweep up, wash)
• Balconies Cleaning: $20 - $50 (per balcony and size)
• House Sitting: $100day ( I bring the mail inside the house, water the plants, turn on/off lights, turn on or off the ice or heater, and feed your pets) 
• Floor Restoration $50 - $85 per room 
• Shopping: $50/hour
• Laundry: $25/per load 
• After Party Cleaning up $40/hour - $50/hr
• Gift wrapping and holiday decoration: $35/h 
• Summer Brake, Spring Brake, Winter Brake traveling with the family: to nanny, cook or clean price must be discussed 
• Drop goods for donation - Free
• Day of services travel fee applies for traveling over 15 mil.
